Chenille Bathrobe

This is one of my favorite projects. I was inspired when watching The Nanny, and saw Fran Drescher in a fabulous chenille bathrobe from the 90s. A search revealed that they can be hard to find, but also extraordinarily expensive. So I decided to purchase a chenille blanket from Etsy and construct a bathrobe out of it, using a vintage housecoat pattern with a slight scallop edge that I had purchased. I love swanning about the house in this.
